Hi all
We are trying to invoice a purchase order in NAV 2013 r2 but unfortunatly we get the error "The Payment Setup Does not exist" as you can se from the screenshot below.
Any ides on how to fix this Payment setup?

VAT amount does not get added to vendor a/c when purchase is done
When purchase invoice is done ,Vendor account is credited with value of goods excluding VAT amount.But when posted invoice details is viewed ,it shows VAT amount.why

VAT input credit amount gets added to cost of inventory
Helo experts
I am from India localization .When purchase invoice is done ,vat amount is not posted to the G/L a/c but instead added to cost of inventory.
In Tax structure details ,"loading on inventory' is un ticked and 'available for VAT input" check box is ticked.Am i missing any posting/setup?

Transformation forms issues
I transform my forms to pages with TransformationTools in dyanamics nav 2009 r2, But when i try to execute Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Tools.FormTransformation.exe to get pages.xml i get this error in Log file :

DataItemTableView Filter in Report Dataset
Hi
I have a copy of the Sales - Invoice Report that I want to modify.
On the "Sales Invoice Line" I want to use a filter so that only certain lines are removed from the dataset.
As default it is "SORTING(Document No.,Line No.)"
In pseudocode I want a where claus that says
Where ("No."<>"" and "Quantity">0) or ("No."="" and "Quantity"=0)
Is that possible?

backup and restore in nav 2013 r2 from client
Dear all,
I need to backup and restore company in Nav 2013 R2, from client, I folow thesstepp: Departments/Administration/IT Administration/General.
But I don't find the link : Import Data From File & Export Data To File
And I have these condition for have the previous link
Objects - Below is the List of Pages Introduced For Backup and Restore =>
Page 9900 => Import Data Enables users to import data from a Microsoft Dynamics NAV data file.
Page 9901 => Export Data Enables users to export data to a Microsoft Dynamics NAV data file.
Permissions - Below is the Permission Required to Execute Above Pages =>
System 5410 => Export Data to Data File Enables users to export data to a Microsoft Dynamics NAV data file.
System 5420 => Import Data from Data File Enables users to import data from a Microsoft Dynamics NAV data file.
Where can I get this object and how can I setup these permission.

NAV 2013 R2 - XML Port, How to close the file that the XML Port uses for importing
Dear Developers,
I'm writing in order to ask for some help with File management in 2013 r2 xml port.
The "problem" is, that after importing the records from the file, I'd have to move it from the folder path it was opened from, to another folder (based on whether the import was successfull (in this case it has to be moved to an "Archived" folder), or it finished with errors (in which case it has to be moved to a "Failed" folder). The thing is, that in 2009 i could simply use the "currFile.CLOSE" command to close the file and then move it, but with 2013, this commandline was (re)moved somehow, and I just can't seem to work my way around it.
However, I found a codeunit called File Management (419), in which there IS a function for closing a file, but as a reference it expects a 'File' type variable, which i can not seem to pass from the XMLPort via. currXMLPort.FILENAME (Type Conversion error occurs).
I'm pretty desperate now, so if any of you might have any ideas or hints as to how this problem could be solved, please feel free to share your mind with me (or us, if there are any other developers who are concerned as well regarding this matter :) )

Upgrade Toolkit
Hey guys
I am at that point of the upgrade to 2013 R2, where I have to run Upgrade - New Version.
When I click on "Transfer Data", I'll get the following error:
Does this mean, my license can not do this upgrade? I have a partner and developer license (600 NAV SPA/MPN Partner Module, 7300 Solution Developer). Do I need the Country Code License from my local country or is W1 enough? The license is W1, the DB is CH..

Zetadocs Express 7.0 - NAV 2013 R2 - Zetadocs General Settings - No Execute permission
We are trying to Upgrade from Zetadocs 6.1 to Zetadocs 7.0, but after importing the New Objects for NAV 7.01 and going into Zetadocs General Settings we get the following Message:
You do not have the following permission on CodeUnit Zetadocs-Automation: Execute
We have downloaded a New 2013 R2 License for the Customer from VOICE and restarted the services. Also tried using Our Partner License, but still no Luck.

Possible With ZetaDocs Drag and drop for Windows Client when using ClickOnce
Does anyone know if it is possible to have the ZetaDocs Express Client DLL files included in the ClickOnce deployment so that when installing the Windows Client (RTC) through ClickOnce the drag and drop feature will be enabled? We have tried, but as soon as we add the ZetaDocsCaptureAddin folder to the deployment files and create a New manifest, the users get an x86 error when they try to install it through Our ClickOnce web deployment.

Send and Save , Drag and Drop using Zetadocs with NAV2013R2
I have installed Zetadocs Express on local machine and I can
manage to Add Files/Attachement. I am however failing to Save and Send
and I get error " Failed to Save and Send. The NAV record is empty.
Populate the NAV record and try again" I also do not get the Related Information on the Documents Folder and with no option to drag and drop . See screen shot below. Kindly and urgently assist.

Fixed Asset Posting Group Amount is populated in the card field but not in the list.
Hi,
Why is this happening ? When I open a Fixed Asset card and enter all the information like FIXED ASSET POSTING GROUP, it is being populated and visible:
But when we go to the Fixed Asset List view:
The FA Posting Group is not populated. How can I make it's content visible also in this window?

Depreciation is not getting calculated
Hello Experts,
For Testing Depreciation Function in NAV:
I have configured the fixed asset setup
All the requirements are done.
I purchased an Fixed Asset on 01 April 2014 : 75,000,000 (straight line; No. of Years:10)
After that, on 31 December 2014, I tried to tun Depreciation.
But depreciation is not getting computed nor any error is coming
Please help.
