Show out of stock items in inventory pick
When I enter up a sales order then create an inventory pick for the warehouse, it only shows the items that are in stock - but I'm worried that the warehouse then won't realise there was more than that on the order and it will be missed or delivered very late when someone notices.
is there a way that it can show them even if they can't actually be shipped out yet?

NAV 2009 r2 : Error in Order Closing
While closing (status change) some Production order it shows an error message, " Division By 0 ".
why this type of errors occur.. Due to this error 28 order of FY 13-14 is still open please support..

Error: On Payment of Sales Tax (Indian Localisation)
In the VAT settlement where the CST payable or the VAT payable can be set off against input VAT credit, VAT receivable, excess input that is carried forward from previous period, directly make the payment of CST and the payment of VAT on the line by debiting a VAT payable account and crediting a cash account or a bank account in 'Payment Journal'.
I selected the relevant 'VAT payable' account and chose the 'Tax Payments'>> Sales tax.
But the following error is seen...

Nav 2013 - Income & Expenditure Forecast
Hi,
We currently report monthly accounts via Jet displaying actual vs budget. This is working great, but as the next phase we would like to add a forecast in to the mix as well.
I've tried to look at a way to import a forecast in to NAV, but I seem to get stuck with on complex sales and cash flow forecasts and not something simple like the budget upload process.
Can anyone help?

Dynamics NAV developer without PartnerSource
Hi everyone,
I am a software developer and new to NAV. Would it be enough to have an MSDN subscription to get everthing that is needed to setup a full learning environment for NAV 2015. Or do I still need some materials from the PartnerSource website. I am a single developer and do not have access to either PartnerSource or CustomerSource centers.
Any advice is very much appreciated.

Journal Approval
My client required to have approval system for journal level based on the credit limits and document types. Is there any approval system available in Dynamics NAV 2015 version for Journal level approval?
I searched in the internet and I could not find any and I communicate that to my client and he is not willing to agree with me and he is saying some other party has told him that it is available in 2015 version. So please help me on this.

2013 R2 Web Services in Visual Studio
Earlier in the year, we were beginning to transition to 2013 R2. During the process I created a C# application to import exchange rates through the web services daily. Everything worked great, but our transition never got completed. We are starting a new transition now, from scratch. I'm trying to reconfigure my application to use the new NAV instance, but I'm having trouble discovering the Web Service. From what I can tell, I have configured the new instance exactly like the old one. However, when I paste the SOAP url into the "Add Service Reference", it prompts me for a username and password but won't accept any form of my credentials, i.e. username, domain\username, username@domain . When I paste the old instance's SOAP url, it works fine. Also, if I put the new instance's url into a browser, it will prompt me for a username and password, but once I put in my credentials, it works fine.
I feel like I ran into this issue when I originally did it, but it was nearly a year ago and I don't remember what I did to correct it. Hopefully somebody has experience and it is a simple misconfiguration somewhere. Thanks!

How to send 1000 E-mails within few seconds
I have a requirement of sending more than 1000 E-mails at one time. These emails are send to clients in the NAV database and all of these emails should be sent separately to them with a attachment of a PDF and more importantly these should be sent at one time ( as a example every day 9.00 am, depending on a set criteria)
Each of these emails are created using a template and certain fields are only changed depending on the client name, due balance, and due date.
What is the best way of doing this?
I have done this using NAV code units and it works fine. Only problem is it take around 10-15 min to do this work and during that time NAV get freeze and cannot do any work. As a solution I have written a DLL to handle this and still the same problem there and I only manage to reduce the time to 10 min.
Any idea is highly appreciated.

question on Shipment Date on Posted Sales Shipment
Can someone help me understand how SHipment Date in the Sales Shipment HEader is updated during posting? For some reason, even though we change the shipment date in the Shipment Tab of the Sales ORder. When we post (after picking and posting from warehouse shipment line), the shipment date is not the same as that of the Sales ORder. I.e, if shipment date is 11/19/14 in the shipping tab of Sales order. Once posted from warehouse shipment line, in the posted sales shipment, the shipment date is different (e.g., 11/1/14). COuld this be driven by packing?

Can't open Calc Inv in Physical Jnl
On this one user, when he attempts to run Calculate Inventory on the Physical Inventory Journal, he gets a very strange error:
"Filter could not be applied. Could not apply filter "BOH WH' to column number 67 because the field is missing or unavailable." ***FYI, BOH WH is a location code***
This comes up as soon as he clicks the button 'Calculate Inventory'. The screen to enter filters doesn't even come up. When I do it on their server, I have no problem. He had another user try it on their own workstation and they had no problem. I deleted the User Personalization for him for the Physical Inventory Journal page but, that did not help.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Zetadocs Express (SharePoint 2013) Solution Activation Error / Warning
Hi,
I'm attempting to deploy Zetadocs Express for a NAV 2013 R2 client on their locally installed SharePoint 2013 site collection. We're using the Site Administrator "daddy-o" account, but keep getting this warning when we attempt to activate the Zetadocs Sharepoint Extensions wsp file (uploading to Solutions under Wed Design Gallery worked just fine):
"Warning: You should only activate this solution if you trust this solution. An activated solution can read, modify and delete your data."
There are no options to click other than the "Close" button, so we're not sure how to proceed from here.
Right below the warning message, we also see the wsp file name hyperlinked, but clicking it only prompts to download/save the wsp file, which is not what we want to do.
Any thoughts / suggestions would be much appreciated.

Display Logo on RDLC report layout -NAV 2009
Hi All,
Can anyone suggest how to prevent the company logo from appearing on the header of a document layout printout (for example on a sales shipment document) based on a specific customer number? i.e. We have a particular customer that does not want our logo to appear on their sales shipment documents, and I don't want to have to create a different document layout for this one customer.
Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Table Locking issue in Navision
Hi,
One of my clients is facing table locking issue and it's common in their daily business. He asked me to provide some work-around to continue their daily transactions
I searched a lot for this and found many articles. Can you please suggest the way which has already been implemented to reduce locking and working.
