Item kits/groups on my Purchase ORder

Hi to all,

For Nav 5.0, is there a way to have the following: When I choose one item (Item A), Nav recognizes that item B needs to be add in the PO, and does so. Or something similar to item kits/groups, but I want to see the BOM when I select that one item that needs to pull other items.
