Can anyone explain the process of Job briefly in NAV 2013R2?

I am trying to understand the functionality of Job Module in NAV 2013 R2.

I created a Job.

I created Job Tasklines and Planning lines.

Now I need to know how WIP is done.

I also need to know how to complete the Job.

Please help me with step by step briefly.
