character set and code page

Hi

ctually I need to know the code page and the characterset for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV LS 9 since there is an error occurred in the display device of the Point of sale hardware when we click on the "send text" button, that error is : “Cannot find page code”??

Note: in the POS hardware that I'm using, the code page is PC437(ONLY) and character set is USA(ONLY) in the display device.

Just wondering could you help to ask App's programmer what code page does software use?
If we got the correct info, we can work with our display engineer and try to add the correct code page
